I'm a celebrant who is passionate about creating real connections with the couples I marry. I love working with people, and I have a knack for putting my clients at ease, so they can truly enjoy their wedding day.

For me, the most important thing about being a celebrant is getting to know my clients and delivering a ceremony that perfectly captures the essence of their relationship.

Whether you’re dream of a 500-person formal soiree, a backyard wedding with your closest mates, or saying "I do" over a glass of vino at your favorite bar, I'm here to make it happen. I'm all about the weird and wonderful, the unique and unusual - so bring on your wildest ideas.

I love to add a touch of warmth and cheekiness to my celebrations. For me, it's all about creating an experience filled with heart, soul, and plenty of laughs (and maybe even a few tears).

The Process

  1. Let’s meet and make it legit

    Let's connect and get to know each other, either over Zoom, Skype, or even better, over a wine. If we hit it off, we'll check my availability for your big day and book it in.

  2. Next, the paperwork

    Next up, the paperwork. We'll complete and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage nice and early (at least 30 days prior to your wedding date). I'll need to verify your identity and proof of birth, but don't worry, I'll guide you through the process

  3. Let me hear your love story

    Now for the fun part - I want to hear your love story! Give me all the juicy details, from embarrassing first texts to the sappy love letters and everything in between. We'll use it all to create a genuine, cracking ceremony you'll never forget.

    And if you have any special requests for the day, like a fluffy ring-bearer or funny "I do's," just let me know and we'll make it happen.

  4. Review and run through

    Let’s review and rehearse if needed. I will work with you to take you into your special day calm and prepared.

  5. It’s show time

    I’ll be at your venue early to set up, meet your friends and family, talk through any nerves you may have and to deliver you an absolutely stellar ceremony that you won’t forget!

  6. Lodge the legals

    I’ll finalise and send off your legals with the Dept of BMD the next day after your ceremony!

Pay in 3 easy instalments
1) booking fee (50% of your total fee due within 7 days of booking)
2) administration fee (25% of the total fee due in 3 months out) and
3) ceremony fee (25% of the total fee due one month out)

NOTE ON FEES:

Extra fees may occur for the following [price on application]

  • Long distance travel

  • Applying for your Official Certificate of Marriage on your behalf

  • Support letters for Visa applications or shortening of NOIM etc

  • Wireless PA system hire

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. You must be of marriageble age (under no circumstances can two people under the age of 18 be married)

    2. You must not be related or in a prohibited relationship

    3. You must not already be married

    4. You must both be consenting and willing to marry

    5. You must give one month notice

  • By completing a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). This form is valid for 18 months from the date it was lodged with your celebrant. I will help you with this, but you can find more information here.

  • I have to verify your identity and proof of birth and will need to sight the following supporting documents 1) a current or expired passport OR 2) a birth certificate with photo identification (e.g. license, proof of age card etc).

    Depending on their circumstances, some individuals may also need to provide a little more documentation. I will need to see the divorce certificate, death certificate of previous marriage partner, and change of name certificate if applicable.

  • As a celebrant, I'm like a chameleon - I can adapt to any ceremony style and size! From backyard weddings with just a few loved ones, to extravagant 500-person events, I've got you covered. I'm also here for all of life's other milestones - whether it's a naming ceremony for your newest family member or a friendship ceremony to commemorate something special, I'll make sure your moment is unforgettable.

    And don't worry about location - I'm always up for a road trip! Whether you're tying the knot in Sydney, Melbourne, or even the middle of the Outback, I'm ready to hop on a plane, train, or automobile to make sure your ceremony is everything you've ever dreamed of. So, let's get started on creating a ceremony that's uniquely you - no matter how big or small, near or far!

    Please note that I can legally marry you in Australia but otherwise I can do the legalities here and then hold your ceremony on pretty much any other country!

  • YES! I have a big list of venues I thoroughly recommend. Talk to me more about the best fit for you.

  • Awesome - lets do it. All we need is you and your two witnesses (we can find them behind the bar or walking past) , myself and an optional negroni. Let’s make it happen. I have a few awesome bar owner friends in Fitzroy that can make this happen mid-week for you!

  • No two of my ceremonies are the same! I spend 10+ hours crafting words unique to you and your story!

    However, if you are after a ceremony that is short, sweet and stress free I can offer you a registry style legals only ceremony that will have you married in five minutes or less!

  • Yes. I offer a 3 instalments payment plan if needed.

    1) Booking fee (50% of total fee due in 7 days of booking). Payment of your non-refundable booking fee secures your date and gets the ball rolling with your official paper work.

    2) Administration fee (25% of total fees due 3 months out). For the completion and lodgement of legal documents, the meetings, emails, phone calls, texts etc

    3) Ceremony fee (25% of total fee due 1 month out) For travel to and from your ceremony, delivering your a unforgettable ceremony and registration of your marriage.
